We understand that Birmingham City Council have purchased 62 Chichester Drive and intend to convert it from a family home into a House of Multiple Occupancy or use it for temporary accommodation.
We are making enquiries with the Council to verify their plans, but in the meantime we want to ensure that residents’ views are heard.
Residents may be concerned about:
- Increased pressure on existing on-road parking
- Additional pressure on local services including schools and GP Surgeries
- Increase in traffic, parking and related pollution in the area
