Proposals have been submitted for outline planning consent for 6 3-bed houses with 14 car park spaces where the old garages are on Cedarhurst. This means that the garages will be knocked down to make way for the new houses.
Residents may be concerned about:
- Increased pressure on existing on-road parking
- Additional pressure on local services including schools and GP Surgeries
- Increase in traffic, parking and related pollution in the area
